Aside being a singer, Rotimi Akinosho popularly known for his role play in Power (the series) as "Andre Coleman" was born to Nigerian parents (a yoruba dad and an igbo mom) **cool huh**. So, I don't know if it's him I actually like or Andre Coleman in Power...either way, he's a wonderful actor🤗. (btw y'all should check out power, you'll love it).

TOBY ONWUMERE!!



Okay... So I got this job at a pharmacy one time where I worked for about 5 months. A month into the job I found out I was working for his parents!! It doesn't seem like a big deal but it was pretty exciting...**still is**. Anyway, enough with my story. He's popularly known for his role in Empire (Starz TV series) as Kai where he acts along side Jamal lyon (Jussie Smullet) and the rest. He also featured earlier in the series, Sense 8 as Capheus. Aside being an America Citizen, Toby happens to have been born by Nigerian parents, specifically natives of Imo State, Nigeria. So... Peep that😋.

UZO ADUBA!!



Uzoamaka Nwanneka Aduba is known for her role as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren on the Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black (2013–2019), Aduba was born in Boston, Massachusetts to American parents, of Nigerian Igbo origin.

So, thats it! My three favorites from a few of my favorite series. There are a lot more of them though, but since this isn't the conventional entertainment blog, we keeping it brief. xoxo😘😘

Beauty in diversity

Imagine a world where the sky is plain white 🙄 and every other thing in shades of black 😶. Imagine a world without different human races, everyone having the same skin and hair colour. Imagine if all clothing were perhaps, just black and were just long flowing gowns. Imagine your favourite grain being the only food there is🤢. Imagine if doves were the only birds that soared the sky🙁, you probably won't see them with the sky all white😟. Finally, imagine how boring such a world would be or worse, ugly, no better than the life of a convict who has to stay in jail forever🤒.
